Click on the top right "USER" icon and register your account if you are a new user.

2. What are the benefits of creating an account?

The most practical benefit will be it's easy for you to track the status of your orders, your order history and you will be receiving notifications on exclusive member offers, updates on new launches, and more exciting news.

3. I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address or mobile number you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.

2. Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping bag and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

5. How do I sign up for a Rathira Ayurveda account?

All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address / mobile number, and a password of your choice.

7. Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone. You can reach us on +917538881321 (available on WhatsApp) or 18005722811 (Tollfree) where our Customer Care will be happy to help you. There may be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone but we will try our best to advise on suitable substitutes.

11. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email/text to the registered Phone Number/Email address once you have placed the order on our website. You can also check the order status in "MY ACCOUNT" section if you are a registered member.

Once the order is dispatched, you will be receiving a confirmation email/text, along with tracking details, or you can Log-in into your account and click the order history, and know the order status Or contact our toll-free 18005722811

13. How can I modify my product or address and phone number after placing an order?

Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number or product details cannot be modified. Most of the orders will be processed and dispatched within a short time so we do not encourage modification of order details.

All domestic orders are processed between 1-3 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days. We at Rathira Ayurveda are fully dedicated to our customer's satisfaction. Rest assured that Rathira Ayurveda products available on our website are 100% genuine and authentic.

2. What measures does Rathira Ayurveda take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?

We at Rathira Ayurveda maintain a very high level of quality control and to date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 1% of the products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process.

3. Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?

All of our inventory is kept in our warehouse. We store, manage and ship our products to you, no matter where you are, with the utmost care and efficiency.

Fake Brands

1.How can I identify selling of duplicates products on other websites?

We at Rathira Ayurveda maintain a quality, such that we are officially available at our Rathira Ayurveda Official Website. Only Bheema weight gainer in weight gainer segment is available on Amazon and in Rathira official website. Every other products are fake, we recommend not to trust other fake products as Rathira’s original product

2. How do you know if you’ve purchased a counterfeit product ?

Our products available on flipkart are fake. We are taking legal action against those issues. Contact our customer support of the website through which the purchase was made and mention the product’s details and mode of payment.

Returns, cancellations & exchanges

1. How can I return or replace a product?

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at contact@rathiraayurveda.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

2. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

3. How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write to us at contact@rathiraayurveda.com.

4. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order can be cancelled from the My Account section. The Refund amount will reflect as per your bank guidelines which are usually within 7-10 business days. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain Return requests unless the order qualifies as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
